Timber & Stone isn’t part of a large rental company. It’s our own family vacation home—a place we created for families and groups to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories together in Southern Utah.
Why we opened our home to guests
We live here in Utah and love everything Southern Utah offers—the red-rock scenery, warm sunshine, outdoor adventures, and time together away from everyday routines. We wanted a home where a whole family or group could stay under one roof without giving up comfort, fun, or room to breathe.
Made for real family time
We furnished the home with the things our own family enjoys: generous gathering spaces, a large kitchen and dining area, comfortable bedrooms, a custom bunk room, games and arcades, and a private rooftop hot tub. The TERRA resort amenities add even more ways to play and unwind.
Room to gather
Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 18 guests.

Arcade games, pinball, a game loft, resort pools, a waterslide, and more.
